By using the Snip app or submitting content for inclusion on Snip in any way, you consent to the Terms of Use and License Agreement below and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

1.1 Subscription

- To get unlimited access to background removal from images and other paid features of the app, you can subscribe to Snip PRO.
- Subscription and free trial pricing depends on the country in which users subscribe and on the selected type of subscription. Please read the specific subscription terms and conditions for your country. The information is displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert. For example, in the US, monthly subscriptions range from $7.99 to $12.99 and annual subscriptions range from $15.99 to $22.99. Depending on the type of subscription, it may include a 3-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to the user's iTunes account after the user has confirmed the purchase
- If the user has not turned off auto-renewal 24 before the subscription expires, the subscription (monthly, annual) is renewed automatically. The price and subscription period remain the same.
- The subscription renewal fee for a monthly or annual plan will be charged to the user's account within 24 hours prior to the end of the previous subscription.
- To manage subscriptions, including turning off auto-renewal of subscriptions, users need to go into their iTunes account settings after making a purchase.
- Cancellation of a current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period.
- To prevent the user's account from being charged after the end of the free trial period, it is necessary to cancel the subscription in advance - 24 hours before the end of the trial. - If you purchase Snip PRO during the trial period, the trial period burns off after payment, even if there is unspent time left in the trial period.

1.2 Submissions

- You can publish or send content to be published in the app using features within the app or by email to mmugilla@gmail.com.
- Submitting and posting objectionable content, offensive behavior in any form is prohibited and will be removed.
- This includes violence, pornography, bullying, hate speech, copyright infringement and plagiarism, content that otherwise violates App Store policies, and content that is deemed inappropriate at the discretion of the app team.
- At the discretion of the app team, submitted content may be reviewed and edited before publishing.
- If you deem that any content is inappropriate or infringes your copyright, or if you wish to report abuse, please email mmugilla@gmail.com.
- Such reports will be reviewed within 24 hours.
- By submitting any material, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, reproducible, distributable, displayable license to use and offer content for download to users in connection with this application and related products and advertising.
- We do not pay remuneration for submitting materials or publishing content.
- At the discretion of Snip team, token prizes may be offered for outstanding submissions.
